Basalt - Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - Basalt is a rich, dark and enticing imperial stout that spent a year aging in Islay, Speyside, and Bourbon barrels. There's notes of gentle smoke and salinity alongside some sweet warming woodiness.

ABV. 13.5%

Scoria - Stout - Like it's rocky namesake, Scoria is dark with a relatively low density. This is a traditional straight up stout both rich and delicate. It pairs perfectly with food and/or friends.

Breccia - DDH NEIPA -The body of this DDH IPA comes from a fine matrix of barley, wheat and oats. Meanwhile layers of Cryo Pop, Mosaic Cryo, Strata, and Simcoe hops provide a conglomeration of fruit salad flavours and aromas.

6.5% ABV.
