Funk Factory - Red Sangria Beer Wine Hybrid

Funk Factory - Red Sangria - This blend of oak-aged sour beer was refermented with Marquette, a cold hardy grape developed in MN and a complex hybrid of Pinot Noir. To accentuate the elegant, peppery, dark fruit flavours we taste in these grapes, we also added a complementary amount of black currants and red raspberries. The result bursts with the truest flavours of Marquette and highlights our favourite aspects of this unique variety.
