Funk Factory - Foeder Saison - Vintage 2020 - Foeder Saisom is fermented with a mix of saison yeast strains, cultured microbes, and the spontaneous yeast and bacteria that resides in the walls of our 80 hl French oak foeders. Thoughtfully brewed and blended to balance a crisp, dry, drinking experience with a fluffy head and mouthfeel, this saison is one of our favourites to date. After 9 months of fermentation, the flavours that develop are tart, funky, and reminiscent of fresh straw, citrus zest and honeydew melon.
